I’ve had so much fun making these signs and going all out this year with our Fireplace Mantle decor.

If you know me at all I am a huge fan of all things Retro and especially love the old traditional black cats they used for Halloween.

This is our second Halloween in our rental house and since we finally have a fireplace to decorate I’m going all in this year. Plus, you know, last year was so sucky with quarantine and such.

@coppercactuscreations Just two days till these awesome black cat Halloween signs will be live on our Etsy Shop! #spookyseason #blackcat🐈‍⬛ #thisishalloween #shopsmall #woodsign ♬ Why are u people using this - Flower man! ✨🌼✨

This mantle has been so much fun to craft and create. Especially, the black cats.

Just for fun this Halloween we are giving away our free Bats, Cats, Spider and Web cut files that you can cut at home on your Silhouette or Cricut machine. These work great when cut out of thick card stock or heavy weight paper to place on the wall or mantle. I simply place some rolled over painters tape to the back and stick to the wall for a no damage decoration.

I prefer this heavy weight card stock for all my wall decor and paper crafts. It cuts so well and has a nice clean edge when cut out of my Silhouette Cameo (Original).

Were giving away 3 free SVG cut files of our Black Cats, Corner Spider web and Jerry the spider.

Why is he named Jerry, you ask?

Well, the day we were going to hang up our newly cut Halloween Decor we found a quite large spider hiding in our mantle garland. We carefully caught him and studied him for a bit (as us Homeschool moms do) and then turned him loose outside. While looking over our catch, my youngest daughter (who is 7) decided that he looked like a Jerry. And the name stuck. I have to admit, he did look like a Jerry to me.

Thanks for reading and stop by again to find out more about our fun home decor projects and more.
