If you have ordered a product from us and are not satisfied in any way, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to help in any way we can. We will work to either make it right or discuss a refund for the price of the product. If you have received a damaged product in the mail, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the product damaged. We may ask you to send in a photo of the damage and how it was received and we will work with our manufacturing partners to either recreate your product as soon as possible or issue a full refund for the product.
